Please check the latest Government guidance on entering the UK from a red, amber or green list country or territory.
From 19th July the government will no longer recommend against travel to amber list countries. People covered by the amber list rules (https://www.gov.uk/guidance/red-amber-and-green-rules-for-entering-england#amber-list) who have been fully vaccinated with an NHS vaccine, will not need to quarantine on arrival in England or take a COVID-19 test on day 8.

It is your own responsibility to make sure your passport has not expired, and has sufficient time remaining on it to comply with all rules in place for your destination country.

Yes, we now have a postal service where tests are sent to you at home.

The Day 2 & Day 8 Travel Test Package is £190.00 from NPH Group.
The tests are sold separately on our website at £95 each allowing you to book appropriate time slots.
When you book your tests, you will get a confirmation email which contains a link to reschedule the appointment time/date.
This link works right up to the minute before your booked appointment slot. If you become aware you are going to be delayed, you can follow the link and reschedule for a later time or date.

Your results will be emailed to the email address you used when you booked your appointments.
Soon you will be able to access your test result via a mobile app. Please follow us on social media to learn more.
The courier picks up test samples twice daily. Turnaround times for results are from receipt at the lab, not from the time and date of your actual test.
If your test result is positive you will need to quarantine for another 10 days.
You must comply with all current government guidelines on quarantining.
You will not be entitled to a refund for your Day 8 test if you get a positive result from your day 2 test. You must isolate in line with Government guidance.
We now guarantee a “next day” turnaround time for test results if tested at Newcastle Airport (please note that if a sample comes back as “inconclusive / indeterminate” and needs to be re-run, this will be back within 36 hours.
Results are provided by email within 48 hours from receipt at the labs if tested at at Leeds Bradford Airport – Samples are couriered twice daily.
If you have arrived from an Amber list country or territory, the day 2 and day 8 tests are a mandatory requirement for entry into the UK. Please see https://www.gov.uk/guidance/how-to-quarantine-when-you-arrive-in-england

No. At present the system only allows one booking at a time to be made.
Yes, as long as you follow social distancing guidelines you can attend your appointment at an NPH airport testing centre.
Yes you can. Please allow enough time from landing to get to the appointment.
The swab tests are tested at our partner laboratory – Yourgene in Manchester, and MDNA Life Sciences in Newcastle.
